It’s been a hard year for everyone and we want to provide a way for young people to connect with their peers and learn how to destress using meditation.


Biweekly on Fridays at 7 pm we get together on Zoom and meditate as a group using Headspace’s guided meditation sessions. Afterwards, we have a discussion as a group to reflect on the session, how we’re feeling, and provide an open forum for everyone to talk about their week/brags & drags etc.


These sessions are open to beginners who want to learn more about the practice of meditation and how it can benefit your overall wellbeing or if you’re experienced in the practice, we would love to have you join as well!


If you’re feeling shy or nervous, bring a friend and join us! We aim to provide a safe space for everyone to discuss as much or as little as they would like.
